By submitting a photo image through the Viking Card Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the photo submission.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Viking Card Office to have your photo taken and your Viking Card produced.

This Photo Upload website is provided by Campus Support Services at Cleveland State University and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

The Viking Card ID is the official ID of the Cleveland State University and is managed by the Viking Card Office. Each Viking Card ID is property of Cleveland State University and its use is governed by the university's regulations and policies.

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Viking Card ID. The Viking Card ID is proof of identity and provides access to facilities. Everyone is granted access to various facilities services on campus using your Viking Card ID, including student access to the residence halls. This access is based on the approval given to you by the University as an offical student record.

By submitting this photo for your Viking Card ID you agree this photo may be used by Cleveland State University as an offical student records.

Cleveland State University does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
